2018 Upcoming Markets

Kicking off my market season and thought I'd share a little bit about the vintage markets that I will be attending this year. I'm always on the hunt for new and exciting markets to be a part of and these are a couple of my favorites that I am looking forward to.

Kane County Flea Market

Also known as the "Best in the Midwest," KCFM is the first weekend of everyone month. A whopping $5 gets you access to over 100's of dealers selling everything from vintage prints, plants, clothing, to furniture. You name it and you can probably find it. Parking is free, so bring the biggest truck or van to haul your one-of-a-kind finds.

Early bird gets the worm. KCFM first weekend of the month. Saturday 12-5 Sunday 7-4

Fetching Market

This is going to be my first year attending the Fetching Market as a vendor, but I have heard nothing other than rave reviews. Fetching was created from a lifelong passion for attending flea markets and now pops up at various locations near the Chicagoland area and northwest Indiana. On May 18 and 19, I will be joining them in the Historic Ford Hanger in Lansing, IL. Tickets are $6 at the door or $5 in advance. Please visit their website to learn more and to buy advance tickets to one of the hottest events of the season!

Backroads Vintage Market

Located at the charming Emerson Creek Farm, BVM summer series markets are held on the second Wednesday of the month starting in June and running through October from 10-3. Carpooling is highly recommended because they only charge $5 per car. So, grab the girls and head out to the beautiful Emerson Creek this season!

The red wagon marks the spot. You'll know you are in the right spot when you spot the Emerson Creek wagon at the end of the driveway. Please note, the hours on the wagon are for the pottery and tearoom. During BVM the tearoom is open by reservation only and it fills up, so act fast!
